“1.The newspaper noted that some of the names on the list were of people who asked the Irving City Council not to support the “American Laws for American Courts” bill, backed by Mayor Beth Van Duyne, because it would go against their religion. The City Council ultimately backed the bill, which forbid Texas judges from using foreign law in their rulings.
Wright told The Dallas Morning News that he organized the protest on Saturday because Muslims had “threatened to kill the mayor.” The publication noted that there was no evidence to support Wright’s claim.
Another rally is planned for outside the Irving Islamic Center on Saturday to protest Wright’s group. More than 100 people are planning on attending, according to the newspaper.”
Over the weekend members of the Bureau of American Islamic Relations also known as BAIR protested a Mosque in South Dallas. BAIR believes this mosque has connections with the Islamic brotherhood. In a strange turn of events the Huey P. Lewis gun club, which is associated with the Black Panther’s philosophy, and an armed offshoot of the black lives matter movement sided with with the Nation of Islam. They organized an armed counter protest. Members of the counter protest shouted that BAIR was really the KKK. This lie fueled the neighborhood to unite against BAIR. It is unclear how close ties are between the Huey P. Lewis gun club are with the Nation of Islam. If this story is not already strange enough it is also reported that members of the notorious gang bangers the crypts and the bloods were also protesting against BAIR.

Quotes From Today’s Headlines:
- “In July 2007, seven key leaders of an Islamic charity known as the Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development(HLF) went on trial for charges that they had: (a) provided “material support and resources” to a foreign terrorist organization (namely Hamas); (b) engaged in money laundering; and (c) breached the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, which prohibits transactions that threaten American national security.”
- “The members of BAIR assembled at noon on Sunday to begin putting together gear and ammunition and suiting up for the process. The group then traveled to South Dallas, where the police had already put together a significant presence, including barriers, dozens of officers, and a helicopter to help maintain order.”
- “While the Gulf monarchs have not become any less Islamist, they have acquired a clear-eyed appreciation of the harm that MB-related groups can do. Having explained why the UAE listed CAIR on its terror manifest, we must ask a second question: Is the listing warranted? Can a Washington-based organization with ties to the Obama White House, the U.S. Congress, leading media outlets, and prestigious universities truly be an instigator of terrorism? CAIR can rightly be so characterized. True, it does not set off bombs, but, as the UAE’s foreign minister explains, “Our threshold is quite low. . . . We cannot accept incitement or funding.” Indeed, CAIR incites, funds, and does much more vis-à-vis terrorism.”
